Back-to-School Supply Lists

We are excited to start a new school year with your family. Having the right tools helps your student feel ready and confident on the first day of school.

Below, you will find the supply lists for each grade level. Please click on your student's grade to view their list.

Need assistance? If you cannot find an item, or need help getting school supplies for your student, please contact our main office. We are here to support you!

Tip: Reuse items from previous years, like backpacks and headphones, if they are still in good condition.

Connections Preschool

Backpack
Backpacks should be large enough for extra change of clothes, snow pants, etc. and labeled with your child’s name. Please let your child’s teacher know if you need help supplying a backpack.

Change of Clothes
Accidents do occasionally happen, so we ask that you put a pair of pants, underwear, shirt and socks in a plastic bag to be kept in your child’s backpack.

Shoes
For safety reasons, we encourage children to wear tennis shoes to school. We discourage boots, crocs, flip-flops, sandals, slippers, cowboy boots or slippery-soled shoes. These type of shoes hinder a child’s movement in many of our classroom and gym activities.

Cold Weather Clothing
Cold weather clothing is a necessity during winter months. Please supply a winter coat, hat, mittens, snow pants and warm boots. Label all clothing with your child’s name. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need help accessing these items.

Donations
Parent donations are always appreciated. Your child’s teacher will let you know when items are needed. Examples of donations needed include boxes of tissues, paper towels, napkins, etc.

Kindergarten

To make the start of the year easy and affordable for our families, Diamond Path is buying all school supplies for kindergarten students. Instead of shopping, we kindly ask families for a donation of $35 to help cover the cost of supplies. Your student's teacher will have everything ready for them in the classroom on the first day of school!

Students will still need a backpack (no wheels) and tennis shoes that they can independently secure (tie or velcro).
